When Will My Order Be Shipped?
All items will ship same day, Mon-Fri if ordered prior to 2 PM EST.
Do You Ship To APO/FPO or Internationally ?
Yes, we do ship to APO or FPO addresses; however, 1-3 Day Guaranteed Delivery is not available for APO/FPO addresses. We apologize, but at this time we are only able to ship to the United States.
When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Orders placed Mon-Friday prior to 2 PM EST have a 1-3 business day guarantee. Major Holidays could have an impact on our 1-3 business day and 2 Day Delivery guarantee.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund of the item price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged.
If item is damaged, please email support@onestopfanshop.com prior to returning.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Please include original order number along with the name and address the item was shipped to. If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, please include the size that you would like us to reship and the address that it should ship to. Please note, that we cannot guarantee that the size requested will be available when the return/exchange is received and processed.
